How do I cancel the order?

To cancel the order, kindly share the order details on our WhatsApp: 8090172727 within 2 hours of placing it. Note: Order can be cancelled only within 2 hours from placing the order. Why only 2 hours? Because we process the order after 2 hours of receiving the request.

Once you place an order with us we process and ship your order within 48 business hours from our warehouse.

Do you accept COD orders?

No, we do not accept COD orders.

How long it will take to deliver the products?

We ship the order from our warehouse within 48 business hours and you can expect it to be delivered at your doorstep 3-7 days depending upon your location from our warehouse.

Can I return or exchange the product?

The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date. The product should be in unused condition. Any product that is returned without all original packaging, accessories, and with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be eligible for return or exchange.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
